Tennendo Khorokan Traditional Japanese Incense
Incense sticks of Mysore sandalwood (Santalum album), a white sandalwood from India of the highest quality, with added Makko powder from Indonesia (Tabu no Ki).
The packaging is a representation of a Kōrokan, a guest house in Dazaifu (Fukuoka), which welcomed foreign ambassadors, itinerant monks or merchants, during the Heian period.
Each box contains around 150g, or around 420 sticks 14cm long.
