Article 1- Scope of application
The present general conditions of sale apply to all sales concluded through our website www.saugeblanche.ch.
The present general terms and conditions of sale may be modified at any time, provided that these modifications are posted on our website.

Article 2 - Prices
2.1 The prices of our products are indicated in Swiss francs (CHF) 8.1% VAT included, excluding processing and shipping costs.
2.2 We reserve the right to change prices at any time but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time the order is registered, subject to availability of the items concerned. Information on prices and availability of products may be subject to change and are given for information purposes only.

Article 3 - Order
Orders must be placed via the website using the shopping cart system.
In principle, we do not dispatch goods to a customer until all previous invoices have been paid in full. We also reserve the right to suspend or cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute over a previous order.
The minimum order amount on our website is CHF 20.00 excluding VAT (value of goods, excluding shipping costs).
Except in exceptional cases, we only ship goods to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Article 4 - Validation
By validating your order you declare that you accept without reservation the entirety of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Article 5 - Availability
Our offer of products and prices is valid as long as they are visible on the site and this within the limits of available stocks.
In case of unavailability of a product after placing your order, we will inform you by e-mail as soon as possible.

Article 6 - Delivery
The products are delivered to the delivery address that you have indicated during the ordering process. The delivery time is generally 48 hours in economy mode and 24 hours in priority mode. This is from the moment the package is deposited.
Shipments are made from Monday to Friday. Please note that we do not ship on Wednesdays.

Article 8 - Accepted payments

Article 9 - Reservation of ownership
The products remain our property until the price has been paid in full, plus interest if applicable. This provision does not prevent the transfer to the customer of the risks of loss or deterioration from the moment the products leave our premises.

Article 10 - Right of withdrawal and return of goods
The goods supplied by us are new and guaranteed free of defects or faults.
You have a right of withdrawal of 7 days after the date on which you receive the best products, and you can return them without any reason and with a full refund. The costs for the return are charged to you. These costs will be charged to our customers if you have damaged or otherwise received the best products from us.
In each case, returns of products can only be made for items in perfect condition and in their original unused packaging.

Article 11 - Privacy policy and data protection
All personal information that you provide when placing an order on our site is confidential and treated by us as such. The sole purpose of this information is to ensure the proper processing and delivery of your order. Under no circumstances do we use this data for any other purpose and under no circumstances is it disclosed to third parties. You have the right to ask us, at any time and without providing any justification, to destroy all or part of your personal data.

Article 12 - Intellectual Property
All illustrations and images reproduced on the www.saugeblanche.ch website are reserved under copyright law and intellectual property law for the whole world.
As such, and in accordance with the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code, only private use is authorised. Any other use, without our prior authorisation, constitutes an infringement and is punishable under the Intellectual Property Code.
