Delivery times during the summer period

The fast delivery times we guarantee all year round will be slightly delayed in July and August. They may be 2 to 5 days longer than normal. Most orders will be delivered within 48 hours of the day you place your order (Saturdays and Sundays excluded) but we will not offer the same guarantees as the rest of the time.

If you need to place an order and need to receive the goods before a specific date, please contact us before confirming your order.

Important information:
Whenever possible, we send your orders by Midi letter. This depends on the goods (fragile or not), the size (maximum 5cm thick) and the total gross weight, which must not exceed 500g.
Midi letters are in fact small priority parcels, delivered the next day to the letterbox with the post, and which we charge CHF 4.90 for. This type of shipment is possible for Papier d'Arménie, a few boxes of incense, a few sachets of Mastic or other resins, etc.
If your order is sent in this way, your payment (Postfinance, Twint, Mastercard or Visa) will be reduced from CHF 7.90 to CHF 4.90.

Metropolitan France & Monaco :
0 to 1 kg = 9.90 CHF
1 to 2 kg = 11.90 CHF
2 to 5 kg = 15.90 CHF

European Union :
0 to 1 kg = 17.90 CHF
1 to 2 kg = 19.90 CHF
2 to 5 kg = 28.50 CHF

Delivery times :
For Switzerland, orders are processed within 24 hours (most often the same day) and are delivered 48 hours after being picked up by the Post Office (Monday to Friday).
For France, allow 2 days more, for the EU, about 3 to 5 days more depending on the destination country.

If for any reason the Twint online payment does not work, it is possible to pay with Twint without going through the shopping cart. To do so, you can scan the barcode below and send us the corresponding total amount including VAT.

This type of Twint transfer does not transmit the name of the sender of the money, so it is very important that it is preceded or followed by a message from you so that we know to whom or to which order it is linked.
