Lavender or Lavandin Flowers
Lavender or lavandin flowers are used in fumigations to cleanse rooms of negative energies, like white sage and many other substances. These flowers can be burned alone or in combination with other plants or natural resins.
Lavender and lavandin have many properties. They have antiseptic and antifungal properties, aid relaxation and well-being, and have purifying properties when used in fumigation, etc. Lavender, placed in wardrobes, also seems to be a natural repellent against moths.
For information, lavandin is a hybrid of true lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) and spike lavender (Lavandula latifolia or spicata).
